Deleting your Plant Care account

In the app

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Enter your password and confirm.

If you own a garden that has other members, first transfer ownership to someone or delete that garden (Gardens tab).

Your account has been deleted. Thank you for using Plant Care.

Forgot your password?

Reset it in the app (“Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen). If you no longer have access to the app or your mailbox, write to contact@plantcareapp.pl with the subject “Account deletion”. I will reply within 30 days at the latest.

What is deleted

• the account (email address, password, display name),
• gardens where you are the only member, with their plants, photos, schedule, care history and journal,
• your membership in shared gardens,
• the AI diagnosis counter and the record of garden join attempts.

What is kept

• Your entries in gardens shared with other people (care history, journal) stay in those gardens without an author.
• Provider backups may still contain data for a short time until they are overwritten.
